RETURN POLICY AND LOST MAIL
If you received a damage or defective disc, we will replace
it with the same title absolutely free of charge. In the
event of lost mail, we will send again. Strictly no exchange.

VCD, Video Compact Disc
Video CD use the same type of disc as Music CD and CD-ROM
– video and sound are encoded in MPEG-1. You can
watch it on your PC, VCD and DVD players. For PC, MPEG
video player software
is required.
DVD-R
Digital Video Disc
DVD-R (DVD 5 format) – video and sound are encoded
in MPEG-2, twice the resolution and better image quality
of VCD. Required DVD-R compatible reader and software,
i.e. VideoLAN or MPEG 2 Media player for both PC &
Mac. DVD player or Recorder with the DVD-R compatibility
marking.
